The Lagos tourist development has been designed for the Meia Praia area, with the 4-star unit prepared with 247 rooms of which 77 are suites.

The hotel occupies an area of 85.000m2, with a green area of 72.000m2. It has a U deployment, facing the sea, in order to maximize the views from the rooms.

The unit has an outdoor pool with over 1.250m2 and, for business and conventions segment, has a convention center of 1.100m2, together with a Satsanga SPA, with 850m2 and three tennis courts. The Hotel also includes a grass bowling field, a putting green, gym with outdoor bar and a children's playground, a 2.400m2 area that includes a children's pool and a club.
